- All returns must have prior authorization.
- No returns on wire cuts or non-stock items.
- Returns under $25.00 will not be accepted.
- No cash refund will be given for material returned.
- Returns must be undamaged in manufacturer’s original carton and will be charged a minimum 25% restocking fee.
- Special/custom item orders are non returnable.
